Bossypants was a really good book!! And I also wanted to check out "Alive" - Thanks for joining the challenge Im so excited :D
ReplyDeleteBossypants was pretty good! Although I was wishing for more of her wisdom as a successful woman in business. But Tina Fey is funny, as always. I haven't heard of most of these, but I'm interested to see what you think!
ReplyDeleteI thought Saving CeeCee Honeycutt was a cute book.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize "Still Alice" was going to be a movie- definitely must get on that! And The Girl on the Train is on my list too. Good luck with the challenge!
ReplyDeleteI feel like I'm the only blogger that hasn't read The Girl on the Train... or, for that matter, Instagrammed a photo of myself reading it on the train. Thanks for the reminder to put a hold on it for my Kindle!
ReplyDeleteRandi with an i
I started The Girl on the Train today...while I was on the train. Seemed appropriate :) I have Still Alice on my bookshelf waiting to be read. I keep feeling like I need to be in the right frame of mind for it.
ReplyDeleteI've had to pull back on my Netgalley account over the past year. I go a tad crazy with my requests!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us, Olya! I also get a little crazy with my Netgalley requests ;) I recently got approved for 2 books I forgot I even requested. Whoops! Also, I've been waiting on my response regarding Everything, Everything because I want to read it soo bad! Can't wait to hear your thoughts on it.
ReplyDeleteI really want to read The Girl on the Train, but I think I'm number 235 on the waitlist at the library. I guess it will be a while before I get my hands on that one!
ReplyDeleteI love your picks! Alive sounds really intriguing! I am so excited to linkup for the first time. ;) XO -Alexandra
